3x20

I think I really needed to move up to the 3x20 format.
I'm really feeling the benefit of the extra workload. I feel it's stressing my system more.
My legs feel tired for a day or two after a session, which I assume is a good thing.

Last nights session was quite consistent, mainly because I was keeping a very close eye on my cadence, keeping it at around 88rpm for nearly all of the session.

I produced: 318w, 319w and 319w for the sessions last night.
Quite pleased with that, really.
Pulse was mid to high 160's which is probably below my threshold heart rate, but I'm not taking much note of heart rate these days, since for me at least, it's so variable.
